Lock Down Day 34

It’s the 34th day of the Lock-Down in London, and the sun is shining, and the new website is up and operational! My old site was more of a landing page than a proper website and had probably outlived its usefulness. Hopefully, this new site allows me to connect better with readers while driving sales.

The last few days have been relatively standard for me. No real effects of Lock-Down felt when I’m a bit of a hermit anyway, just trying to punch the keys on Project XII, while I’m still waiting on one of my beta-testers to get through Project XI.

In addition to getting words down on-page, I’ve been enjoying a steady stream of films and TV, blitzing the Sunderland til I Die series on Netflix, which was very good, along with the Chris Hemsworth Extraction action thriller. The film was somewhat predictable at times but reminded me of an 80s/90s action flick, so it’s worth a watch if you’re in the mood for something like that.

The next few days are going to be spent trying to get my social media back on-line. Something I’m not looking forward to, but it seems to be a necessary evil in this day and age. Ugh. There will also be some keypunching for Project XII, which I want to have complete and ready for a reader by the beginning of June. I think I’m going to write a few shorter novels for the foreseeable future, 50-60k words. Of course, the elephant in the room is Book 7 of the Earth Saga series that is just sitting around 40% complete. Need to finish that once Project XII is finished.

Until next time, stay safe out there.
